Where can I buy By Lauren Luke Products?

Currently, By Lauren Luke products are sold exclusively on ByLaurenLuke.com.

How much do the products cost?

Right now each kit is sold online for $32.50 or 23.99 GPB. Each kit contains premium quality make up and includes 3 shadows, 2 primers, eyeliner, blush and 2 lip colors. Oh, and by the way - Lauren’s makeup tutorials and video updates are, as always, free!

Are By Lauren Luke products tested on animals?

No, absolutely no animals have been harmed in the process of creating By Lauren Luke products… only tested on humans of course! ;)

Where is the makeup made?

All of the make up is made at a premiere color house in the USA with the highest quality ingredients and the utmost care.

I love the first set of kits! When are more products coming?

New products are in development, but no secrets can be revealed quite yet! Check the “stay in touch” section on the home page to submit your email and receive updates from Lauren.

How do I register with By Lauren Luke?

You can register with By Lauren Luke by clicking on My Account and then Create an Account.

What if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password, we can e-mail it to your account's email address. Click on My Account located in the top navigation bar. Directly under the password field is a link that reads “Forgot Your Password?" You will be taken to the password screen, where you will be prompted to enter in your email address. Type your email address and click the “Submit“. We will send an email with a temporary password and necessary instructions.

How do I update my profile?

How do I return something?
