ReturnsWe accept returns from our customers for up to 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be unopened and in their original packaging. All shipping costs incurred when returning the product will not be covered by By Lauren Luke. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for all returned merchandise. If free shipping was offered on the original order that will be reimbursed to By Lauren Luke. If By Lauren Luke is at fault for shipping incorrect items we will cover the return shipping cost. If your package is returned to By Lauren Luke marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", you will be charged the cost of the return. If you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $5.99 re-shipping fee. Return InstructionsPlease email orders@bylaurenluke.com to set up a return.
